This month, translation agency AgroLingua provided the translations for the 50th international edition of Mushroom Business. This trade publication, which is published every two months, keeps its readers up to date with the latest developments in the world of mushrooms. AgroLingua has translated Mushroom Business since its launch.
Sue op het Veld, English translator at AgroLingua: "It's hard to believe that the first edition was more than eight years ago. In July 2003 we were still thinking about possible names for the magazine, and in September 2003 the first international edition was rolling off the press."
When the mushroom titles were taken over by Global Roel Media in 2010, Agrolingua naturally 'moved' along too. Roel Dreve, Publisher of Mushroom Business: "Our publication has worldwide readership, so the quality of the translations is crucial. AgroLingua has never disappointed us and Sue in particular has made a considerable contribution to the success of our international magazine. We have enjoyed a close and agreeable working relationship right from the start and I hope that it will continue for many years to come!"
Vera Dings, Office Manager at AgroLingua: "The translations of the past 50 editions convert to something like half a million words. The expertise we have acquired in this sector over the years means we can provide top quality translations for other leading international players in the mushroom industry."
