Jos van Kleef

Jos has had an affinity with the Agro & Food Business since he was 12 years old. To earn some extra pocket money, Jos had a variety of jobs including picking, grading and packing tomatoes, bunching radishes and helping load and unload vehicles at the fruit and vegetable auction in Venlo.

After completing his studies at the Sociale Academie in Eindhoven he started work in Human Resource Management. His longest periods of employment (10 and 7 years) were for companies active in the agribusiness; an international vegetable seed breeding company and a leading international company active in the development of automated solutions for the intensive livestock husbandry sector and the mushroom sector.

Jos acquired AgroLingua B.V. through a management buy out on 1 -1-2007.
